I spun this morning, You know, In Circles.
Not metaphorically, but actually, physically.
I was dizzy. Being dizzy sucks.
Like being light headed, which sucks too
Because it reminds me of fainting
Of which I have done plenty.
And yes, that sucks as well.
Good for your balance they say, spinning.
So I’ve decided today that in order
To get where I want to go
I must do the things
I most don’t want to do.
So like with spinning
Where you keep coming back to the same spot
I’ve come round once and again to realize
The obstacle is indeed the path.
