Musings on Laughing

eyes2aLook, look, look.
I look but I don’t see.

See, see, see.
I see but I don’t hear.

Hear, hear, hear.
I hear but I don’t laugh.

Laugh, Laugh, Laugh.
I laugh but I don’t understand

What I was looking on,
What I was listening to,
What I was seeking for.

I turned my eyes inside out
To see where I was looking from.

I turned my ears inside out
To hear what I was listening for.

I turned my laugh inside out
And saw why life is so funny.
